Science project becomes prototype
But the Uno is far from a fairytale. Ben is now 18 years old and presented his Uno at one of the National Automotive shows. What started out as a science project resulted in a working protype, build together with John Cosentini ‘custom bike builder’.

The Uno works in a similar way as the SegwayPT. Moving your bodyweight forward, results in a forward motion. Leaning to the left and right allows steering the Uno, like a regular motorbike. The Uno as you see it here is the third prototype. It is still being developed further with the help of several investors.

Uno momento
So far the Uno weights 54.4 kg (120 lb). The maximum speed, as well as the price and release date are unknown. So for those of you that can’t wait: Uno Momento.
